AOMP20 series motor protector

AOMP is a compact motor management controller that provides motor protection, motor parameter measurement, and monitoring functions for three-phase AC motors. The maximum current of the motor can reach 2000A.

AOMP20 motor protector is a motor protection system suitable for harsh industrial environments, and is often used in situations with strict limits on downtime and frequency, such as oil and gas, chemical, water treatment, metallurgy, mining, pharmaceuticals, microelectronics, tunnels, airports, etc. Once the machine is stopped, it will cause significant economic losses and even personal injuries.
AOMP motor protector can predict the possibility of abnormal interruption of the motor through pre analysis of the fault state, thus minimizing the number of fault trips of the motor.

There are more than ten protection functions for communication faults, including leakage current, overvoltage, load short circuit, underload, overload, load phase failure, overcurrent, providing more comprehensive protection for the drive;
Millisecond level protection action time
Time limit: Within 0-3S (including 3S), no more than 60mS, and above 3S, no more than 2% of the set value;
Inverse time limit: Within 0-3S (including 3S), not exceeding 100mS, and above 3S, not exceeding ± 5% of the calculated value;
Provide efficient and fast all-round protection for the drive;
Accurate detection
Using imported 32-bit high-precision IC and excellent software calculation, the detection is more accurate;
Current: ± 100mA or ± 3% of the fixed value;
Voltage: ± 2V or ± 3% of the fixed value;
